Intro to Yoga: Starts when we get enough interest.

Petra is teaching a 6 am class on Wednesday. 5 classes fo $75 and a Yin class on Thursday and Sunday at 5:30 Cost is $15

Drop Ins Welcome

We love to have students visit and practice with us. You are also more than welcome to come and watch a class. We offer a variety of yoga classes and styles to accomodate all fitness levels. Click Here for more information or call 320.220-6345

All classes are open to men and women and teens. Wear comfortable clothing, bring a yoga mat, refrain from eating 3 to 4 hours before class and drink plenty of water.
